Our client Quelle from Austria will be conducting photo shoots on the 22nd and 23rd of February 2009 at De Waal Park. They will be doing a clothing catalogue. The team is from Germany and it consists of 8 people. Thanks, Patience Dokwani

 Dear Friends and Visitors, 

How exciting - 2 shoots taking place in  De Waal Park 12.02.09. - +- 8 crew and 2 Models.

For your kind consideration/info:

Permits granted by the Film Office complies with all City Council By-Laws  - geared for the safety, comfort and rights of individuals.   The Friends have requested that :

·        the official road and turning circle be clear(unless controlled by the Traffic Department), 

·        that gates be closed after entering,

·        that  litter/food is removed at the 'closing' of their set.    

Please remember that it is a By-Law that your dog is under your control , within the perimeters of De Waal Park. 

We also request that if there are any concerns/queries that you direct them to Friends of De Waal Park  via website

www.dewaalpark.co.za  (contact us)

which we will raise with the correct person/authorities. 

In case of Emergency within De Waal Park, the Film Companies

request that you speak to the Unit Manager on the set.

 
 
8 Feb Sunday - Still Shoot in De Waal Park

SUNDAY  8 FEB  from 8am - 12 pm   promises to be exciting  as there will be a crew of 18 people and will have 8 vehicles on set   producing an ad for Smartcar - Cape Town Productions

For your kind consideration/info:
